Ancells Farm is situated on the northern edge of Fleet, in north east Hampshire, approximately one mile from Fleet Train Station.
Directions from Fleet High Street: Head North East towards Fleet Train Station along Fleet Road. Go staight over the first roundabout at Fleet Station along what is now Minley Road. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit along Cove Road. Finally, take the 1st exit at the next roundabout along Ancells Road - to your left is the Ancells Farm Estate
Directions from M3: At exit 4A, take slip road left for A327 toward Fleet / Farnborough (W), At roundabout, take 2nd exit onto A327, At roundabout, take 2nd exit, At roundabout, take 3rd exit onto A3013 / Fleet Road, at the next roundabout take 2nd exit onto Ancells Road
